Ukraine’s Neo-Nazis that targeted police prior to the US-engineered coup in Ukraine, has called for Doku Umarov to fight in a war against Russia. Umarov, known as the “Bin Laden of Russia,” is a Chechen extremist who has claimed responsibility for attacks on Russian civilians. The militant Chechen effort to undermine Russia is supported by a number of influential American neoconservatives.
